ROAD CLOSURES
To set up, run, and take down Live On Sunset, the following street closures will be in place:
Sunset Boulevard between San Vicente Boulevard/Clark Avenue and North Doheny Drive from Friday, November 13, at 12:00 p.m. through Sunday, November 15, at 12:00 p.m. Side streets one block north and south of the closure will also be closed.
Sunset Boulevard between San Vicente Boulevard/Clark Avenue and Larrabee Street, and San Vicente Boulevard between Harratt Street and Sunset Boulevard, on Saturday, November 14, from 12:00PM through Sunday, November 15, 1:00AM.
Vehicles will not be able to travel through the closure during these times. Emergency vehicle access will be maintained throughout the weekend. Temporary no-parking restrictions will be posted on affected.
PARKING & TRANSPORTATION
Parking near the event is very limited.
We encourage all guests to take public transit, rideshare, bike, or walk, or to park at a nearby garage and ride the free event shuttle.
Public transit
Several LA Metro and local bus routes serve Sunset Boulevard, San Vicente Boulevard, Santa Monica Boulevard and the surrounding area. Routes may be adjusted during the closure, so check Metro schedules and service alerts before you travel.
RIDESHARE & TAXI
Rideshare vehicles cannot enter the closure. After the show, expect higher demand and longer wait times; walking a few blocks away from the event before requesting a ride may be faster.
Parking
Parking near the Strip is limited. The public garages below are open on event day and are shared with the general public, so spaces are not guaranteed. Each garage operator sets rates.
Beverly Center: Open 24 hours.
Pacific Design Center: free shuttle stop. Open 24 hours. Shuttle stop located at 625 N. San Vicente Blvd.
8590 Sunset Blvd parking lot (Equinox): a 0.5 mile walk to the San Vicente/Clark entry. Open 24 hours.
Sunset Plaza parking lot: a 0.5 mile walk to the San Vicente/Clark entry. Open 24 hours.
WeHo 5-Story Garage at ARC: open 5:00AM to 2:00AM Shuttle stop located at 625 N. San Vicente Blvd.
WeHo King Road Garage: a 1 mile walk to the San Vicente/Clark entry. Open 8:00AM to midnight. Vehicles must exit by midnight.
Free event shuttle
The City of West Hollywood will run a free shuttle between nearby parking garages and Live On Sunset. Park at the Pacific Design Center or the Five Story Parking Structure and ride the shuttle to the event drop-off at the southest corner of San Vicente Blvd / Sunset Blvd. intersection. Return shuttles pick up at the same location after the show.

The shuttle is free and open to everyone, but an event ticket is still required for entry. Shuttles are ADA accessible.
Bikes and scooters
Bike parking will be available at [location]. Bikes and scooters are not permitted inside the event.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
For the safety and security of all guests, the following items are not permitted inside the event:
Weapons of any kind
Umbrellas
Outside food or beverages
Chairs
Large or non-clear bags (larger than 12" x 6" x 12")
Coolers
Drones
Fireworks
Professional camera equipment without media credentials (detachable lenses, large rigs, tripods, monopods, external flashes)
Noisemakers and instruments
Laser pointers
Marketing materials
Pets (service animals are permitted)
Hateful or obscene signs or banners
Illegal drugs, and marijuana in any form
This list is not complete, and event staff may refuse any item they consider unsafe. All guests and their belongings are subject to inspection on entry. Smoking and smokeless tobacco are prohibited throughout the event.

ENTRY PROCEDURES AND NEIGHBORHOOD ACCESS
Entering the event
Register for your free ticket began Wednesday, October 14 at 10:00 a.m. PT. Tickets are limited to 1 per person, and ticketed guests are guaranteed entry.
Have your scannable ticket ready on your phone or printed ticket with clear barcode.
Enter at San Vicente Boulevard/Clark Avenue. Gates open at 4:00PM.
All guests pass through security screening, and all bags are searched. Guests who decline a search will not be permitted to enter.
Re-entry is not guaranteed.
If you live or work inside the event footprint
Look for the LOCAL ACCESS LANE at the San Vicente and Doheny entries. Residents, employees, and hotel guests inside the closure can use this lane to bypass ticket scanning. You will still pass through security screening, and oversized bags are not permitted.
Vehicle access to residences and garages is prohibited inside the closure, please plan accordingly.
Deliveries and service providers are not permitted during the closure unless arranged in advance through the City of West Hollywood and with proper access credentials.
GETTING HERE OR STAYING HERE

Sunset Strip businesses inside the event area will be open during Live On Sunset. Support local: have dinner before the show, visit neighborhood shops and stop by participating venues.
